Your donation has supported the life-giving and hope-giving work at Lesotho's Tšepong Clinic where more than 10,000 people are receiving treatment and care this year. Now that the Ministry of Health in Lesotho has assumed full management and funding responsibilities at Tšepong. (Hurrah for them!), we are focusing our efforts on a number of social support programs. Some are being implemented by existing agencies on the ground in Lesotho such as "Help Lesotho" and other projects are being organized with local citizens of the Leribe District who recognize a community need and only require a little assistance to get it started.
