Once again the Waterloo Busker Carnival is getting ready for one of the largest busker festivals in North America. Unique, long-standing and innovative, the Waterloo Busker Carnival is a volunteer driven International Street Performers Festival. 21 Years old and still going strong. We do it 'cause we love it and no one has more fun than we do!
